JOB DESCRIPTION

• General operations of the Project Department based on ISO requirements and work flow.
• Verify all outstation expenses, overtime claim and annual leaves of all staffs in the project/construction department.
• Conduct weekly meetings with Site Managers to ensure smooth implementation of projects and improve general management of the project Department.
• Continually conduct in house training for Site Managers (SM) and Site Supervisors (SS) in both technical and project management skills to improve quality & efficiency.
• Assign projects to SM & SS taking into consideration their individual skills and suitability to the projects.
• Provide support to follow up on new leads on potential customer.
• Internally coordinate all works and procedures of the department and inter department coordination to ensure smooth projects implementation.
• Strictly supervise and ensure compliance/implementation of Company and ensure quality objective is met.
• Strictly supervise and ensure quality finishing of all projects.
• Strictly supervision of SM, SS based on Quality Policy adopted by the company policy.
• Quick response time to attend to problems and issues related to projects or the department in general.
• Quick response time to follow up on collection from clients and other project related issues.
• Strictly follow up and ensure that project is managed within the budget allocated.
• Evaluate and review completed projects based on Quality Policy.
• After project completed, arrangement project evaluation meeting.
• Monitor all recorded difficulties at site to avoid re-occurring.
• Continually develop knowledge of innovative construction techniques and products to enhance the quality and fulfil company development requirements.
• Undertake all relevant training and development activities as required.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection process as and when required.
• Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of major in Construction.
• At least 5 years of experience in the same position, executing civil projects at major construction companies.
• Good English or good Chinese
• Proficiency in information technology office Word, Excel, the specialized sections, ...
• Ability to plan, organize, administer, manage construction work at construction sites, handle jobs related to inside and outside the project.
• Ability to communicate well, dynamic and creative.
